Energy Source Labels provide a key link in the energy-efficient mortgage process. These labels allow appraisers, Realtors and lenders to quickly and accurately assess a home's energy features. The label remains in place for decades, long after certificates and other documents have been lost.

Fenestration Performance Labels

Iris Communications, Inc. provides manufacturers with default fenestration performance labels to meet the Oregon Structural Specialty Code. These labels are available for manufacturers who do not have NFRC labeling for some or all of their fenestration products.
